Guenter Noesner from Arriflex came to school today to demo the ARRI Alexa, an amazing camera used to shoot the latest James Bond film Skyfall, among many other films and TV shows. What was great about Guenter’s presentation was that he spent so much time describing the engineering behind the camera, and the science of sensors, which was incredibly beneficial to our students. Thanks, Guenter! For more photos, click on the one, above, to be taken to my flickr site.
